I have used Tim at RW Climate Control for over 35 years. He installed both of my hot water boilers and serviced them regularly. Due to his attention to detail, top notch service and maintenance schedule, and knowledge about the boilers, I was able to extend the life of my first boiler and he just recently installed my second boiler. He stands behind his work, is punctual and on time, and offers a fair and comprehensive quote.

Unfortunately we didn’t call RW first. Another company (who I will not name….) told my husband that we needed a new compressor (or something like that) and it would cost us $3500. Tim came out to give us a second opinion. He was able to do a repair and it cost us less than $250. It blows my mind the dishonesty of some of these other companies, but thank goodness for people like Tim.
